As many as three cabins may be rented at a
time based on availability. Call for more information!

We accept all major credit cards. No
personal checks, please.

Rates reflect the maximum occupancy of each
cabin. Each additional person is $10 per night (although the
Good Lord only knows where you'll fit them). Pets are an
additional $10 per night (see Pet Policy below).

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out
time is Noon.

Minimum two-night stay Friday-Sunday.
Minimum three-night stay on Holiday weekends.

Reservations will be guaranteed with a credit
card. Balance is due upon arrival either in cash or by credit
card.

If your arrival or departure dates change,
please notify us 15 days in advance to avoid being held responsible
for all dates reserved. If you plan to arrive late or leave early,
you will be held responsible for all dates reserved.

A 20% administrative fee will be charged if
cancellation is not received 14 days prior to arrival.

Housekeeping is your responsibility. Please
wash dishes and remove perishable food items from refrigerator and
cupboards before checkout.

Please recycle. We have bins available
on-site for your convenience.

No BBQs, meat smokers, or grills on porches
or inside cabins.

PET POLICY: One pet per cabin. Pets must be
registered prior to arrival. Pets must be on a leash at all times.
Owner is responsible for cleaning up after their pet! There is a
$10 per night charge per pet.

This is a dry county. BYOB

No fireworks/firecrackers permitted.
Firearms are not to be discharged.

Children should be supervised by parent or
guardian at all times.

Owner is not responsible for accidents,
theft, fire, or injury to guest or guest’s visitors’ person or
belongings.

Guests are responsible for any damage to
cabins.

Cabins are located in a residential area.
Please be respectful of your neighbors.

We reserve the right to refuse service.

All rates are subject to state and local
taxes.
