We accept Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American
Express through FREE PayPal Services on-line. If necessary, special
arrangements can be made. Call for more information.

Rates reflect the maximum occupancy of each cabin.
Each additional person is $10 per night (although the Good Lord only
knows where you'll fit them). Pets are an additional $10
per night (see Pet Policy below).

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00
a.m.

Minimum two-night stay Friday-Sunday. Minimum
three-night stay on Holiday weekends.

Reservations will be guaranteed upon receipt of
$50 deposit. Balance of payment must be received through our Verified
PayPal prior to arrival. Keys will not be released until payment is
received in full.

All Refunds will be made through PayPal on-line
services.

If your arrival or departure dates change, please
notify us 15 days in advance to avoid being held responsible for all
dates reserved. If you plan to arrive late or leave early, you will be
held responsible for all dates reserved.

Deposits will be refunded if cancellation is made
14 days prior to reservation. A 20% administrative fee will be charged.
Deposits will be forfeited if cancellation is not received 14 days prior
to arrival.

Housekeeping is your responsibility. Please wash
dishes and remove perishable food items from refrigerator and cupboards
before checkout.

Bring your own beach towels. Cabins towels should
not leave premises. Cost of replacement towels will be withheld from
your deposit.

No BBQs, meat smokers, or grills on porches or
inside cabins.

PET POLICY: One pet per cabin. Pets must be
registered prior to arrival. Pets must be on a leash at all times. Owner
is responsible for cleaning up after their pet! There is a $10 per night
charge per pet.

services.

This is a dry county. BYOB

No fireworks/firecrackers permitted. Firearms are
not to be discharged.

Children should be supervised by parent or
guardian at all times.

Owner is not responsible for accidents, theft,
fire, or injury to guest or guest’s visitors’ person or belongings.

Guests are responsible for any damage to cabins.

Cabins are located in a residential area. Please
be respectful of your neighbors.

We are open year-round. Ask about our discounted
rates in the Winter months!
